Elementary Faith Formation (PREP)

Below you can find information about our Elementary Faith Formation program as well as links to our 2025-2026 registration documents. Please read the “Parent Agreement” for a description of our program, which includes both a summer and school year component. The “Registration Form” can then be completed for each student as described on the form. Please drop off your completed documents together with the appropriate registration fee to the Parish Office by May 30. Please contact the Parish Office for additional information!
